Whether you call it an employee engagement survey, an organisational culture survey, or a staff wellbeing survey, this service gauges employees’ perceptions across the dimensions your organisation cares about. Quantitative Likert-scale scores give you clear, comparable KPIs per pillar; accompanying qualitative feedback explains the numbers. Re-run the survey over time and you can see, rather than assume, whether things are improving.

Deployment is anonymous and remote. Anonymised raw data is delivered to your organisation, and deliverables can be actioned on the software you prefer. Run regularly, the same survey can also support psychosocial risk monitoring under the Health and Safety at Work Act (Cap. 646).
